We were driving a '09 Ford Escape and it had not been a good vehicle for us, and we were ready to get out of it. We took it back to the Ford Dealership where it was purchased, and they were not interested in working with us to get us out of this vehicle and into a new Ford in the price range we had hoped to stay within. We had bought other cars from Dick Scott Motor Mall in the past and we gave them a shot. We were greeted immediately, by their friendly staff. We test drove several vehicles. They were very willing to work with us--gave us a great deal on our trade in, and got us into a beautifully loaded new Journey for less per month than we could have gotten in a similar Ford vehicle. They made us feel like they really wanted and appreciated our business, and that we weren't just another customer. We were so pleased with them that we went back a week later to buy a reliable used car for our 16-year old son. More
