I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

The service department takes great care of my S60, and Jud White, my service advisor, always makes me feel like I'm the most important customer there. Jud in service is fantastic! Jud is exponentially knowledgeable, extremely trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. I bought my second Volvo because they are great cars, but with Jud is exponentially knowledgeable, extremely trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.
