I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

The very best service experience i have ever had i used to take my Volvo to Volvo of Tempe, but when all the service and parts employee's Quit, left, or got fired, i got a bit worried about the overa i used to take my Volvo to Volvo of Tempe, but when all the service and parts employee's Quit, left, or got fired, i got a bit worried about the overall dealership as a whole. We truly love our Volvo and having a strong relationship with the service center we take our Volvo too is important to myself and our family, i am thankful we found a new warm and inviting service center Courtesy Volvo Of Scottsdale. I was greeted with a smile when i dropped off the car by non other than Jud White who i know from Volvo Of Tempe, i was so happy to see a familiar face and someone i trust. Let me tell you this Dealership is state of the art, air conditioned service drive, everything is glass and transparent, i work in the auto industry and i was blown away at the level of detail. I am very thankful we found a great Dealership to take our Volvo too, a place i can trust and continue a long lasting relationship with. More
