Good service over location anytime. I had originally had my XC70 serviced at the Gilbert location. I had a battery replaced under warranty but 4 weeks later my car had problems starting I had originally had my XC70 serviced at the Gilbert location. I had a battery replaced under warranty but 4 weeks later my car had problems starting. I took it to Courtesy Volvo to get it serviced and found out that the battery was not installed properly. They corrected the problem for free. I don't understand how the battery was not installed properly. Even though the Gilbert dealership is located 2 blocks from my house, I will be taking my car to Courtesy Volvo for service. More

There was never any question I would be going to the new Courtesy Volvo Scottsdale because the best Service Technician anywhere, Jud White, moved to this location. Jud has been my go to guy for years and Courtesy is lucky to have him! I was so impressed with beautiful design of the new dealership. It really is a great pairing with the cars they sell and service. There is no room for secrets as the whole place is windows rather than walls. It is awesome to be able to watch your car being serviced! Great move Jud! Thanks for all you do! See you in a couple weeks for service on my other Volvo! Donald Harvey More

After years of excellent customer service and honesty, I was so loyal to him that when I called to make a service appointment and found that he was no longer with the original dealership, I called around to the others until I found him.
