He never pressured us at all and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. He was patient, honest, and truly made the experience enjoyable instead of stressful. We really appreciated how easy he made everything feel. Afterward, Jude came over to walk us through all the features of our new car, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind.
