Jude from Land Rover came to our house after we picked up our Escalade diesel and walked us through everything. Not a rushed handoff or a quick “here are the keys” overview — he took the time to sit with us our Escalade diesel and walked us through everything. Not a rushed handoff or a quick “here are the keys” overview — he took the time to sit with us and actually teach the truck. He covered the diesel specifics we were unsure about, the screens and settings, driving modes, and the day-to-day features we would have spent weeks figuring out on our own. He was patient, clear, and happy to go back over anything we wanted to see again. It felt like he wanted us comfortable with the vehicle, not just checked off a delivery list. If you’re picking up from them, ask for Jude. The in-home session made a big purchase feel a lot less overwhelming. Highly recommend. More
