I would not have given any stars period . Had a horrible experience at their Clifton dealership. Called several times to talk to miss tiltin about issues . Never received a call back . The sales person I dealt with was very deceptive and easily aggravated when questioned . I bought my 2018 traverse there and at that time it was very different. I had brought my car in for service July 2021. While waiting I decided to see what my options were to trade up too a 2021. Hopefully this review will get one of the owners of Schumacher to reach out to me . More

I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I spoke to Walter on the telephone, until I drove my new truck off of the dealer lot. The General Sales Manager John also helped me get a fantastic interest rate on for my truck and I couldn't be happier. It's not really common to experience true professionalism, honesty and integrity in the car sales business, but I'm happy to say that I did experience it at Gearheart. Great experience from the switchboard girl to the final purchase. After a bad experience with another dealer this was a much welcome change. You had to search for the car I wanted and you kept me appraised all the while. Gary Tursi called and let me know the satus as the search went on. Marc Weber with knee wrapped up in ice after knee surgury was awesome in explaining the whole process and a game player with coming to work shortly after surgury. Bob Juliano showed me around and introduced me to all the various people I may need in the future which was very helpful. Even met your owner, Judy who stopped to chat while I was buying the car. Now where do you ever find that at another dealer. More

From the time I first walked in to Gearhart Chevy I was greeted well and they were always friendly. They always made me feel that my business was appreciated and went to great lengths to obtain a loan for me to purchase a new car. I know that with most dealerships, once they know you've had credit problems they become not interested in working with you. They were able to get me a new car loan at a rate where I did not feel that I was being taken adavantage of. In fact, it was actually quite reasonable considering my situation. Thanks to Marc Weber on that. They were able to locate exactly the car my wife wanted and delivered it in excellent condition. The car itself drives extremely well and we are very happy with it. Walter was an excellent salesman and is a great representative of the dealership. The first person you meet when you go into any business is the person who reflects on your total impression of the business, Walter did a great job. More

I would not hesitate to recommend Dennis Burns to friends and family looking to purchase a car. I did not initially intend on purchasing a Chevrolet but his knowledge and experience gained my trust that this and family looking to purchase a car. I did not initially intend on purchasing a Chevrolet but his knowledge and experience gained my trust that this would be a vehicle that I would love. Dennis was extremely kind and took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. I visited Gearhart many times while deciding on the car, and he never rushed me for a decision. In addition, he was available on his day off, having come into work for another customer. During that time, Dennis knew I was waiting for service and he made sure that I was not waiting unattended. When I picked up the Malibu, he again sat with me in the car to go over each and every component of the vehicle so I would be comfortable driving it. Dennis is definitely the reason I felt I was making the right decision in purchasing my car since I felt strongly about another brand. Dennis Burns is an asset to Gearhart, he is dedicated to making sure his customers are pleased with their relationship with this dealer. I would also like to compliment Marc Weber for his professionalism and courtesy during the financial aspect of my purchase.
