I would not have given any stars period . Had a horrible experience at their Clifton dealership. Called several times to talk to miss tiltin about issues . Never received a call back . The sales person I dealt with was very deceptive and easily aggravated when questioned . I bought my 2018 traverse there and at that time it was very different. I had brought my car in for service July 2021. While waiting I decided to see what my options were to trade up too a 2021. Hopefully this review will get one of the owners of Schumacher to reach out to me . More

The General Sales Manager John also helped me get a fantastic interest rate on for my truck and I couldn't be happier. Great experience from the switchboard girl to the final purchase. After a bad experience with another dealer this was a much welcome change.
