Judy helped me with my battery in a extremely timely matter since I was in the middle of a family emergency. The battery was under warranty but she was able to confirm this and get the battery replaced! matter since I was in the middle of a family emergency. Judy i s my service advisor and she is great. She listens and if there is anything that is found she lets me know. The reason when I needed a second car I went back to Findlay Now she has 2 C She listens and if there is anything that is found she lets me know. My CR-V was overdue for a full maintenance service. Judy Tweedy walked me through what would be inspected and worked on. Fantastic customer service and Judy will be my go-to service professional from this point forward. Also, Finlay's use of UBER for drop/off and pickup rides between home and dealership is very smooth and much appreciated. More

I was treated with courtesy, respect and consideration while my vehicle was being serviced. It took longer than I hoped but that is not the fault of the representative, I realize some things take more ti while my vehicle was being serviced. Judy was fast, efficient and detailed in providing a quote to instal a class 3 hitch, wiring harness and the associated parts for my 2023 honda pilot. I had shopped around quite a bit for the hitch and quote to instal a class 3 hitch, wiring harness and the associated parts for my 2023 honda pilot. I had shopped around quite a bit for the hitch and had problems getting providers to ensure that the rear hatch motion sensor ( kick to open) would work. A number of trailer hitch places wouldn't even install the replacement sensor for use with hitches if I provided the part. Based on research I did it is pretty much simply a swap out of a pug and play part. Judy was quick to get me an estimate, which was much lower and more detailed than an estimate from the crosstown dealer where I purchased the vehicle. Their quote was higher and did not include all the needed parts. The only down side was that it took longer than expected and quoted to complete the install, but to be fair, some times that happens. While the honda oem parts are more expensive than a comparable aftermarket hitch, they do fit the vehicle better and look better. Haven't used it yet, but I believe I will be happy. More
