Buying or leasing a car should be a very pleasant experience generally. I have been in business for 20 years and I have always treated my clients with dignity, respect and professionalism. Not here at Advantage Honda. The sales consultant, the two managers and the financing woman conspired against me in order to steal from me. After five hours of role-playing and relentless pushing and threatening by these people I gave in at last, costing me at least $3,500 in upfront costs aside from a lease I am not even sure of. They are happy now, basking in their usual glory in successfulling conning another consumer. I have never met more worse human beings than these people at Advantage Honda. Now it is my turn to wage a relentless campaign so that no more consumers like me fall victims to their scams.
"Nice employees but prices are not competitive"
All prices at Advantage Honda that are now quoted are about 35% above market value. They should rename the dealership Disadvantage Honda. Instead of providing you with somewhat fair prices they try to empty out your pocket as much as they can. The dealership was very good a few years ago (2015) but they now don't seem to value returning clients as much as they should. The back office feeds highly overpriced quotes to the salesmen (and the salesmen feed that information to you) that way you think you're getting a great deal when they lower the price. The sales people are very nice but the back office makes them look unqualified by feeding clients overpriced quotes.
"Fast and efficient "
The service department was friendly, fast and very efficient. Robert sought out the problem and rectified it immediately. I am extremely happy with the service and would totally recoomend!

All went well for purchase of new car. Jules was great to work with and explained the ins and out of the new car. Certainly no surprise with final cost
"I probably wouldn’t return"
Both Jules and Cesar were very nice and polite but not fully educated/ trained on the vehicle I was buying. I expect my salesperson to be extremely knowledgeable. Jovi (manager) was one of the rudest, aggressive and miserable person I ever came across in my car shopping experience. She also provided false information more than once. Steve khan was nice but seemed overwhelmed and too busy to handle my potential purchase. Omar in finance was a pleasure to work with. He was all business and got straight to the point in a timely manner. Truly appreciated that. My brand new car was not even washed prior to pick up. My sales person told me they “owed me a car wash” if I wanted to come back. Sorry but a car wash prior to departure should be included on a $30k+ purchase. I probably would not return to this dealer. Ever since it was under new ownership, the experience has gone down hill.
