This was my first experience at a Nissan dealership and I was not sure what to expect. I was surprised how much better of an experience it was compared to other dealerships I have been to in the past. Dario was not sure what to expect. Dario was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase as he actually had the same car. We indicated that we were looking at that type of vehicle and I think that is why they matched us with him. Dario took his time with us, answered all our questions and never made use feel pressured or rushed. He offered many alternatives an went through line my line with the features as we compared models. I really appreciated that he checked in with me weeks after buying to make sure I am still happy with the vehicle. We were introduced to Dario after browsing through all the showroom models. After some conversation, we went for a ride in the model of choice, making a decision on the trim package, this was not in stock. Dario called with great news, the color exterior, interior and trim package was due in between April 10th and 16th. We placed a hold on it, sure enough it came in on the 15th, we picked it up that night. Even the paperwork was a joy and stress free. We highly recommend Woodfield Lexus for the Very Best experience.
