They were pleasant enough to speak with, but they refused to sell me a car over the phone (I’d be shipping the car to my home in another state). Said I was required to come to the dealership. I was ready to pay cash and have the car shipped but that policy lost them a deal. Makes me wonder why they advertise on the online car sites. More

Horrible experience purchasing a car from them. They tried to add on $6,000 of add-ons to the purchase price of a used car. $3000 was a "Delivery/Prep Fee" and another $3000 was "Accessories". They are not truthful to their car prices listed and try to get you when you come in to purchase a car. They sold me a Porsche Cayenne with a peeling dash. No mention of it in the add, when i asked before driving 3 hours to purchase the car if anything was wrong with the car, they said nothing wrong with the car, come over. I would stay away from this dealership. Jessica & Julia are their call center folks, do not give them your number or they will harass you after hours as well. They also lied to me about the tax title and registration. Be sure to go to another dealership! Avoid these guys like the plague! More
