I did not receive excellent customer service like I was used to receiving when I purchased my other Nissan cars. This is my seventh Nissan purchase and there were some issues that I discovered with the car used to receiving when I purchased my other Nissan cars. This is my seventh Nissan purchase and there were some issues that I discovered with the car after I came to pick it up. These issues weren’t resolved at all once I brought them to the attention of the Sales Representative and the General Manager. I did not appreciate the lack of customer service. This was very disappointing and unacceptable to me. I took the car back to the dealership to get the repairs addressed and unfortunately, these issues weren’t resolved. I am highly concerned and disappointed by the lack of service that I received. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership. More
