Service after the sale is very lacking in terms if follow up and communication. The passenger side mirror replacement is on order. I was told it would take 10 days to get. Did not hear after 10 days. Ha up and communication. The passenger side mirror replacement is on order. I was told it would take 10 days to get. Did not hear after 10 days. Had to call to get status at about 12 days after order. Last Saturday Jose informed me the service department was closed and he committed toget back to me Monday, 1/20. It's end of the day Tuesday, 1/21 and I have not heard back from Walla Walla Chevrolet. Very disappointing. Looks like I will again have to call them to get updates and status. More
