I rate the dealership very high. I appreciate the efforts of the sales staff and how they were willing to create a situation where I could purchase the vehicle I wanted. I do not appreciate any people in Financing who speak quickly. I understand they know their business and what their role is. However, speaking quickly indicates an unwillingness to explain thoroughly. I also believe that it generally is not understood by those who don't do this on a daily basis (me). This should be kept in mind, it almost caused me to stop the purchase altogether. More
