After owning our Avalon for 15 years, we were in the market for a new car. Throughout the process, he was able to provide extensive answers to our questions about several types of vehicles. He has a broad knowledge, but also a finite one, describing the features and mechanics of each vehicle. While our intention was to purchase a Camry, through a turn of events, we were enthralled with the Crown and drove it home that afternoon! Bobby's jovial personality was definitely a factor in helping us make the final deal. Both my husband and myself felt extremely comfortable in the negotiations which ensued regarding our trade.
