We bought a 2024 Subaru Forester Premium 11/24/23 (our first Subaru ever). Why, you may ask, well it's simple - Julie Herrera and her team. We bought a used Chevy Colorado from Julie's other dealers first Subaru ever). Why, you may ask, well it's simple - Julie Herrera and her team. We bought a used Chevy Colorado from Julie's other dealership, Toyota of Cedar Park a year earlier (12/1/22) and we received top notch service from them. When we found out that Julie was opening up a Subaru dealership in Buda - it was a no brainer for us - Julie wants to "sell you cars for life" and we drove from the Wells Branch in North Austin to Buda to buy another car from her. I normally do not like the whole car buying process, however today, the whole process from start to finish was smooth and seamless. Miguel Palacios greeted us immediately and got to work finding us the right fit. Jacob Moreno, the Floor manager was welcoming and very nice, Wally Elostaz, the New Car Director came over and introduced himself and was so welcoming, friendly and funny. Daniel Souza, Finance manager was very friendly and got us in and out in no time and Julian Zygmont Subaru Star Delivery Specialist helped with adding a couple of accessories was also very friendly and helpful getting us we needed. Everything was transparent, no added fees, unwanted packages or pressure to purchase any add-ons. Through and through we were made to feel welcome and at home and everyone made sure that our business mattered. We came back on 12/2/23 to get door guards installed. Jimmy Wilson Service Director welcomed us as soon as we drove in. The system in the service area has us all checked in as soon as we drove in (impressive) Andrea was on top of it and greeted us immediately and got us taken care of. Wally & Miguel greeted us while we were in the waiting area and checked in on us. On 1/6/24 Came in to get our license plates today. They found a recall & took care of it ASAP! Townley Hass, Jennifer & Louann Cabrera - great people! Saw Wally today too! Impressed that he still remembers my name & greeted me & husband warmly! Just a great group of people all the way around! Every time we came in, we were treated like we matter; we are valued and like we are family. We highly recommend City Limits Subaru. EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! More
