Couldn’t have had a better experience! !! Mike B was so extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and I immediately felt comfortable and confident choosing Rousch. He and Julie were just beyond !! He and Julie were just beyond wonderful, even though I was not an ideal candidate. It meant SO MUCH to me to have warm, compassionate people treat me like an individual, give me a chance, and it seemed to truly bring them joy to be able to help me! Such a nice experience (understatement of the year!!) - they made sure I was well-informed and I believe I got a great deal. Not to mention, so glad to finally be in a Honda, this car is a DAZZLER!! More
