Less than stellar commercial buying experience. Purchased a cab and chassis fleet truck. During my first call to the salesman to inquire about the truck's availability, I inquired about the dealers Purchased a cab and chassis fleet truck. During my first call to the salesman to inquire about the truck's availability, I inquired about the dealership offering a turnkey flatbed installation, window tinting and delivery service. Salesman informed me that all of these items were achievable. Flatbed quote came back at nearly double the national average, so I cancelled that part. Had to chase down the salemsan more than once to get status on the sale. Only after signing paperwork was I informed that they actually couldn't offer delivery, and that they would refer me to a third party, which was a poor experience of its own. Next, the truck shipped without registration and/or temp tag. Had to chase this down with the salesman, who informed me that it would be sent to me overnight. Later that day, received a temp tag via email. The next day received a hard plate via a carrier service already registered to my business, with incorrect weight rating sticker. This is because no one asked, meaning an additional trip to the BMV. This dealership/salesman is not equipped to handle commercial vehicle sales, nor remote sales. Perhaps in person is better with these guys, but that's not feasible given the current heavy duty truck inventory. Very much seems like the first vehicle the salesman has ever sold, and I only purchased due to low national inventory of the specific truck I need for my fleet. Will not purchase from this dealer again. More

My only problem was with the service/ detail dept. I was under the impression that they went over the car before putting it up for sale. The engine oil was 1/2 a qt low and the cabin air filter was I was under the impression that they went over the car before putting it up for sale. The engine oil was 1/2 a qt low and the cabin air filter was jam packed with leaves and debris. Those two issues were easily fixed. My biggest problem was with the smell in the car. I'm not sure if it was from the previous owner or the detail shop. I knew the cars' interior had a scent to it when I test drove it , but I didn't realize how hard it would be to get rid of. I washed the interior 3 times already and am driving with the windows down. Whatever was applied to the interior also left a very dangerous oily coating on everything including the steering wheel and brake pedal. I came close to having two accidents already. Once my foot slipped off the slippery brake pedal and once I lost control of the steering wheel. Those were the first two things I washed to remove the oil. It reminds me of Armour All with a scent that makes me feel like I'm in the incense isle at the convenience store. After driving for 1/2 hour it made me nauseous and gave me a headache. It's starting to air out with all the washing so it's not as strong. Hopefully it won't take too much longer. If this was something applied by the dealership PLEASE, take into consideration people with allergies or a sensitive to such things and how dangerous an oily break pedal and steering wheel can be. More
