I arrived at the scheduled time, the person who I was scheduled with was no longer working at the dealership. So Julie came out to assist, very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, on point with my servic scheduled with was no longer working at the dealership. So Julie came out to assist, very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, on point with my service, she made me feel like a rock star! And as of all the cars there, mine was the most important!🤩GREAT customer service!!. If she didn’t know the answer to my question she immediately got on the phone to check with someone who did. I will definitely be coming back to Grubbs Infiniti for all my car needs, and I will make sure to schedule with Julie Kinney as my service advisor. She ROCKS!!🤩🤩 More

Friday, 06-18-21 at 4:10pm. I took my Q70l in for an oil change without appointment, Julie came out and took me right in. She was professional, quick and no nonsense regarding how log the change would take change without appointment, Julie came out and took me right in. She was professional, quick and no nonsense regarding how log the change would take and what if any additional maintenance or service was found needing attention. The service was provided under the time estimate at a great price and a top quality wash and vacuuming for no additional charge. I was provided without pressure a complete list of all addition scheduled maintenance suggested by Infinity. This dealership takes care of its own. When you buy a car here they make sure you are always happy with your car. When I have come in for service they even take care of the little things on my car to keep it here they make sure you are always happy with your car. Julie Kinney was awesome. Very professional and updated me frequently. She gets the 10+, Golden Star. She was great!!!! The service call taker/scheduler, Marisol??, I couldn't understand her when she said me frequently. She gets the 10+, Golden Star. She was great!!!! The service call taker/scheduler, Marisol??, I couldn't understand her when she said her name, is a completely different story. I have called several times leading up to my service and she is very unknowledgeable, puts me on terminal hold and doesn't ever have any answers and when she responds, it is very curt. She will absolutely ruin a great rating for a service advisor if the client is unaware that even though a service advisor is great but gives a low rating due to this service call taker, it would be very unfair to the service advisor. This call taker needs either be trained, get more training or if she has had both, maybe put her in a different position so that advisors are not unfairly rated due to her inexperience/unprofessionalism. First impressions matter and she doesn't cut it. Your competitor in Frisco doesn't have this issue w the service call taker/scheduler. I reiterate that Julie Kinney was on task and great to work with. I gace a rating of 5 based on her performance only, not based on poor performance of service call taker/scheduler. That girl gets an "F" or a -10. More

Excellent service, diagnostics and convenience. Sam was very helpful throughout the entire process, arranging a loaner vehicle to the concierge pick up.
