Amazing Dealership with an Awesome Staff I found the Fusion I wanted online and called and spoke to Julie. My experience at Cronin Ford. After being pretty much screwed into a car at a competitor, I wanted to drop it like the plague. I heard nothing but excellent things from Cronin Ford After being pretty much screwed into a car at a competitor, I wanted to drop it like the plague. I heard nothing but excellent things from Cronin Ford. I contacted Todd Wilson (Ford Sales Manager), and was treated professionally, and very honestly. Totally a night and day difference. I test drove a Ford Focus, and was blown away. The next day sent him my loan information, and he took care of all the paperwork with the previous lender and got it all squared away with my new lender. I literally came in, signed papers, moved stuff from my old car, to the new one, and was out the door in 20 minutes. Julie Young (one of the sales associates); was very calm, and very professional. She took care of the finalization of the sale, and showed me the transition to a Ford. Inside and out. The entire staff was very friendly, and very professional. Will definitely do business again in the future, and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Ford or Kia. More

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Cronin as well as having extensive repairs to another vehicle. On both sides of the dealership (new vehicle purchase and service) I received great customer service an having extensive repairs to another vehicle. I highly recommend Cronin to anyone looking for a new vehicle or looking for service/repair work. More

Overall our experience was decent. We came in on a Black Friday and they were somewhat busy, but we knew what we wanted and knew that it shouldn't take long to get our new vehicle. We were wrong we had to w Friday and they were somewhat busy, but we knew what we wanted and knew that it shouldn't take long to get our new vehicle. We were wrong we had to wait 3 hours to get all the paper work and keys to our new Ford Explorer. We were told multiple times it wouldn't be much longer. (They would say 5 more minutes, and then walk away and come back 30 mins. later to tell us 5 more minutes. It was very frustrating to have to wait so long especially when there was no negotiations process since we paid the internet price they were asking. We have excellent credit and there were no problems with financing. We felt the professionalism of the dealership lacked when compared to other Ford dealerships we have work with in the past. They were not very apologetic about how long it took and offered no real solutions--which was disappointing. Julie was nice and there was no pressure to buy but then again she didn't have to do much since we knew exactly what we wanted. If you like SLOW service then this is your dealership. More

The experience we had at Cronin Ford was GREAT! We had visited several dealerships before a friend had recommended us going to Cronin. The whole staff was excellent. Our sales lady was great and we plan visited several dealerships before a friend had recommended us going to Cronin. The whole staff was excellent. Our sales lady was great and we plan on buying all our vehicles from her from now on. She didn't pressure us into buying a vehicle we didn't want. We will also recommend anyone we know looking for a vehicle to go see her. Thanks Cronin Ford you all were great! More

Purchasing a new vehicle every two years is the norm for Purchasing a new vehicle every two years is the norm for me as a customer. On a whim stopped by the dealership to "browse" at the new 2014 model Purchasing a new vehicle every two years is the norm for me as a customer. On a whim stopped by the dealership to "browse" at the new 2014 models to see if I could part with my 2011 King Ranch Expedition (which was now out of warranty). Ms Young approached us and showed us several Ford Explorers - she was pleasant and not pushy. She listened to my needs (she did not state what I needed) but in a professional manner suggested the Limited Edition Ford Explorer as it has about the same if not more bells and whistles that my King Ranch contained. She suggested we take one for a test drive and we did - no pressure. After the test drive we talked preliminary price and got an estimated trade in value on my King Ranch. We did not make the purchase on that day. I wanted to work the financing options with my credit union. Three days later came back in with approved financing and talked with Ms Young on purchasing the 2014 Limited Edition Explorer. Please note the first two rounds of price/trade-in with her sales manager did not meet my expectations. So we decided to leave the dealership and look at the dealership where we had purchased the King Ranch. However, before leaving Ms Young actually ran to our cars to state the sales manager agreed to split the difference with us - so back in the dealership we retreated! This was 5 minutes before their actually closing time - the finance guy (sorry cannot remember his name - he was new to the dealership) - started the paperwork and got me better percentage rate with another credit union than I was able to acquire - all purchase paperwork was done within 30 minutes (amazing). We agreed to trade cars the next day and Ms Young had the car ready and spent vaulable time with me going over all of the features. She was patient and well informed. The superior rating is why I have given this rating to both Ms Young and the finance gentleman. As a woman it was nice to deal with another woman in making the actual sales deal - no pressure and no intimidation. I think she could teach some salesmen a better approach and to not assume it is the man with the wallet or purchasing power! Hats off to her and the Cronin dealership! They will get my repeat business in a couple of years! More
