The team (Michael) at Culver City was kind, transparent and pressure-free. Michael listened to what we wanted and didn't play any pricing "games" like other dealers. We interacted with Kylon Theus for most of the buying experience, he was attentive, patient, courteous and welcoming. He was almost always asked if we still had any follow up questions after answering our inquiries. He presented to us some available options but never in hard sales manner, just for us to consider. He invited us to call him at any time, after driving our new car home, should we need any assistance that he could help relating to our new car. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the whole car buying experience at the dealership. We would recommend our family and friends, if asked, to call this dealership for their car buying need.
