When I walked in the receptionist advised it would be a bit of a wait, which I was fine with because there were at least seven people waiting inside, not to mention customers that were also outside looking at vehicles. I don't know where Julio came from but within seconds he walked up and offered to help us. He was extremely professional, personable, and above all HONEST. He was extremely attentive and made sure my husband and I were comfortable and understood all of the paperwork before walking us in to talk with Ron in finance. These two gentlemen were as good as it gets when buying a car. They were both very detailed, kind, and extremely professional. Hands down this is the best sales experience I've ever had. It's been so many years that I've felt this good about a purchase. When we called Niello to let them know we had just made a purchase they asked who we ended up going with and when we said Maita, there was response was, "Oh yea, they're really good over there." I highly recommend this dealership and will come back every time for future car needs. More
