Drove 3 hours to buy a jeep from them as they were the only ones around with the specific jeep I wanted. Waited 4 hours to sign papers which is understandable because they were short staffed. I bought the vehicle at night so never turned on the AC. When I finally did there was a HORRIBLE smell coming out of it. Called there service department and was told they would call me back, next day still no call so called again. Here we are 5 days later still no call so tried again and get transferred around until the line goes dead. More
