I went in just looking to sell my Jeep I have leased and bought cars for many years and dreaded every time I have to go back to find another vehicle. I went in just looking to sell my Jeep Wrangler and found everyone from June to Wanda to Dmitri to be a true pleasure. Everyone was so helpful, not at all pushy like most dealerships. They were there to answer all my questions and help me figure out the best options for me. I ended up leasing a beautiful 2018 Toyota CHR and the experience from start to finish was exceptional! You couldn't find a nicer group of people to work with. Excellent customer service and I spent a pleasurable day there going through all of my options with them. In the end I was very happy with my vehicle and the deal that was made. If your looking for a car go there, no stress, just helpful, caring people trying to help you to find what you need. I had a 9:00 am appt. with June Disa. She greeted me with a smile and offered me refreshments which went over big, because I was there with my 3 children. After directing my kids to the lounge area, June too a smile and offered me refreshments which went over big, because I was there with my 3 children. After directing my kids to the lounge area, June took the time to explore all possible options with me for the purchase of a new car. Then, we went for a test drive with the kids and June took the time to explain the different options and packages. The kids were loving the vechicle that we test drove and boy did they ask her a lot of questions about the car. When we returned, i had decided which car I wanted to leave with and the deal was made. I could not be more happy with my vehicle and it was an absolute pleasure to work with June. I am a returning customer. This was the 4th car that I have purchased at DCH Freehold Toyota with June being the salesperson for all of my deals.
