She is always pleasant, professional, and courteous.
She listens to you; explains everything thoroughly; and reviews the follow up Check list.
I always feel Like I am heard; treated extremely well; and honestly.
I also like having a heads up about possible car expenses in 6 months, etc..
I will only bring my car to Herb Chambers I. Burlington, and always request June Fraser.
I do know other Service Representatives are also excellent.
