A Pleasure Brought my certified pre-owned Civic in to service department, for the first time since purchasing it, because we heard a noise, My service adviser, Brought my certified pre-owned Civic in to service department, for the first time since purchasing it, because we heard a noise, My service adviser, June, was great. She checked us in, phoned to update, and had the car brought to us when it was ready. Also, she phoned the next day, just to see if we were still experiencing a problem. Nice patience to a tricky problem! I was at the dealer two times this week, and though a bit frustrating for me (since my battery died and I needed to get it jumped, etc.), the service I was at the dealer two times this week, and though a bit frustrating for me (since my battery died and I needed to get it jumped, etc.), the service department was very patient and helpful.
