Recent service for warranty extension I brought my CR-V in for service due to the oil light flashing and knocking noise. I was informed that the problem was the likely piston related and I brought my CR-V in for service due to the oil light flashing and knocking noise. I was informed that the problem was the likely piston related and that it was covered under a warranty extension. June Fraser in the Service Department handled my case from beginning to end with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness. She made the process very easy to deal with. More

They do a great job plus they wash and vacuum the car (nice touch). The waiting area is fine - you can grab a coffee or an ice cream while your car is worked on. Overall this is a fine run business. It could use a bigger lot though. With all the business the service center gets, plus folks shopping for cars, it gets pretty congested there (not too many parking spots). More

The dealership is well stocked: my battery needed to be replaced, and they put in a new one in right away, with no extra wait. More

Positive service experience Lots of pros: adequate seating in waiting area with wi-fi, free wash with service (weather permitting), friendly service staff, great "drop-in" policy Lots of pros: adequate seating in waiting area with wi-fi, free wash with service (weather permitting), friendly service staff, great "drop-in" policy for most services (no appointment needed, very flexible!), coupons and discounts, convenient location for me, and complementary coffee and Klondike bars! I've always taken my Honda here. A few cons: no loaner car offered even for very long/overnight services (even though I bought my car at this dealership) so inconvenient for childcare schedules and busy errand days, seems expensive (but I DO appreciate the discounts!) Great Company , Great Customer Service Before Honda I always had an American car, Chevrolet , Ford, and Cadillac. I have to say Honda ranks as one of the best cars I have owned.
