I will never by another vehicle here again. Their service dept is horrible. After waiting 4 1/2 hours & then being told my car hadn't even been looked at yet, I was offered a ride home. 4 hour Their service dept is horrible. Would have 5 stars except they did not have the recall part we needed even though we scheduled the recall servce at least 2 weeks in advance. We live in Ohio and scheduled the servce well in advance.
