10 am online appointment I was there at 9:50 . Started work on my Palisade at 12:06! Service rep says no your appointment was to talk to her not for work lol!! 1:38 my car was done a recall for so Started work on my Palisade at 12:06! Service rep says no your appointment was to talk to her not for work lol!! 1:38 my car was done a recall for software update ! I walk outside on lot to look at the 26 Palisades they were filthy ! Could barely see thru the windows. showroom was empty no shiny new vehicles at all ! What a poorly run dealership ! I called at 3 pm asked to talk to GM. they said he is gone for the day. Big surprise there !!! I won’t be back !! More

Carol Fernandez ( service advisor) was very nice and professional but I have a severe problem with the commitment to service . I had a simple request that the two screws on my back license plates weren’ professional but I have a severe problem with the commitment to service . I had a simple request that the two screws on my back license plates weren’t able to come out to put on my new license plate . There were put in by the dealership that I purchased the car . They were screwed into a metal coupling not like the one in front that was screwed into plastic . Either the past dealership screwed these in wrong or the issue with the manufacture. When I went on Saturday the mechanic said that he has seen this issue before. He also said he didn’t have the tools to remove it . So when I went back to the dealership on Monday to have my scheduled recall for the another issue. I bought the tools for them to remove it . I talked to the manager and said they would have them removed for me . When I picked up my car they said they couldn’t remove them . I really can’t believe that the dealership couldn’t get this simple issue resolved . When I went back to my car to look at the screws and realized that they never touched them , no marks no nothing. In fact the the tools that I bought were in the exact same position . So you know I personally did the job in 10 minutes when I got back home . This is amazing that how much cars cost today that they couldn’t provide me with this service. Very disappointed and not satisfied More
