1. Brought my car in for a recall that only involved a fuse replacement. When I got home I saw they did not replace the fuse box cover. Tried to contact Diala, service rep, several times via phone and tex fuse replacement. When I got home I saw they did not replace the fuse box cover. Tried to contact Diala, service rep, several times via phone and text with no response. Went back a week later to get the cover. 2. I was charged $250 to diagnose a steering wheel noise. The service rep heard the noise. The issue was a worn power steering coupling which is a very common problem for several Hyundai models. The estimate for the repair was $1500, which is ridiculous. 3. An estimate to get my directional signal to make the clicking noise inside the car was $3200. I believe replacing a small speaker in the dash would have corrected the problem instead of replacing the whole dash assembly!!!!!! 4. After I declined the 2 repairs, the service rep had the "xxxxx" to say she could reduce the cost if that was a problem. I am very disappointed with Fort Myers Hyundai and with Hyundai for not living up to their extremely poor designed steering coupler. Needless to say, I will never return to Fort Myers Hyundai. More
