This visit was better than my last visit. I had some recall work on my Palisade and I was happy that it all worked out. Last time I was there the shop broke the inside air filter and we end I had some recall work on my Palisade and I was happy that it all worked out. Last time I was there the shop broke the inside air filter and we ended up having to purchase our own through Amazon. I realize that you believe that looking at different aspects of your car, components you believe will fail is part of your checklist and then you let clients believe they need to be replaced but I would prefer you don’t go above and touch things only to fear monger people in to believing they need to replace things that don’t need to be replaced. Now I make sure I tell the mechanic not to touch things that I’m not in the shop to be worked on. Unfortunate but I guess I’ll have to do it each time. Glad this time the staff listened and I left with a good feeling that you respect what I requested. Everything worked out well. Staff is very nice. More
