Never been to such an unprofesssional dealer, if I could give a negative point I would.. people here do not communicate with each other. You wait hours and hours for finance while they are having other conv give a negative point I would.. people here do not communicate with each other. You wait hours and hours for finance while they are having other conversations with other employees and after you buy a vehicle they keep running your credit report lowering your score for no reason. Than they forget to give you paperwork to sign and expect you to take the time out of your day to come back and sign since they have no clue what they are doing, then a finance person by the JR Avalon’s calls and threatens you if you don’t come when they feel like it. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. When you ask them why they are running your credit over again no one seems to have an answer even a person named Liliana (supposed one of the owners) has any clue. More
