After going to two other dealerships and not being greeted by anyone after being on the lot for 10 minutes, we came to quality Chevrolet and were instantly greeted by Eddie and despite the heat he cam greeted by anyone after being on the lot for 10 minutes, we came to quality Chevrolet and were instantly greeted by Eddie and despite the heat he came out with a smile on his face and i genuinely felt like he didn't care if he sold anything rather to just come out and make sure we didn't need help or have any questions. After about 5 minutes of talking, we went on a test drive and the whole time Eddie felt like I was riding around with a friend. We were coming in with the intention to buy just 1 truck but after talking to Eddie, we agreed to bring in one of our current trucks for a trade in and ended up working out a deal on two trucks, 1 2500 and 1 1500. We after that came over to his desk and went over numbers and after some back and forth with him and Jr came to a agreement. Now to move onto with our experience with JR, lets just say he knows what hes doing and knows how to seal a deal. GM financial came back with a disrespectfully high APR despite having a 776-credit score, but JR came back with a even better deal after he went to battle on our behalf ended up walking out with a 4.99% APR which ultimately got us in that truck, came back next day and walked out with the 1500. Very happy with our overall experience and when I do come back to pick up another truck in hopefully the next 6-12 months will only be working directly with Eddie and Jr. More
