Had recall on 2020 Escape for fuel injectors. Called and scheduled 2 months after receiving recall notice. Parts came in one week after scheduling, brought car in and left car or repairs. Repair could not be done because they could not reprogram. Tech called Ford’s HOT line for help, they did not return call. They finally called back 2 days later! Had to bring car back and leave again for repairs. 2 trips for a problem that really wasn’t mine. Disappointed More

Overcharged for labor for replacing the variable cam cylinoid on my 2016 Ford f150. Only takes 1 hour book time and I was charged for apx 2 hours.
