I have always used Chuck Anderson Ford for my oil changes and had satisfactory results until the last visit. Several days after we hd our oil changed I received a phone message that the service center forgot and had satisfactory results until the last visit. Several days after we hd our oil changed I received a phone message that the service center forgot to replace the engine cover and it was sitting on the receptionist desk. My wife had to make a special trip to get it put back on today and when she asked if there was some sort of compensation for the $130+ service cost that included not replacing all the parts that they removed and a special trip back to the service center for them to install, she was told they usually don’t do that and the person that can authorize that was not in today. More

Listened to all my concerns, fixed my car quickly and updated me on everything. Only issue was they never called me when my part for the car came in I had to call, other than that I love coming here. When I made my online appointment, I specifically ordered full synthetic oil. When I got home and looked at the receipt, that’s not what I got. I’ve been running full synthetic all along.
