Excellent experience!! I recently visited Otto's BMW with the intent on finding a newer model car to replace my trusty 2011 328i X-Drive. I had my mind set on a Certified P I recently visited Otto's BMW with the intent on finding a newer model car to replace my trusty 2011 328i X-Drive. I had my mind set on a Certified Pre-Owned car, either an X3 with the turbo 4 cylinder or an X5 with the turbo 6 cylinder. I drove both and decided on the X3. I was assisted by Genius Ethan and Sales Rep Justice....both were knowledgeable about both models and helped me make my decision......that was the hard part. The actual trade-in and purchase process went smooth and Justice was able to close the deal and deliver my new car within a 4 hour window. The Otto's team did a great job and I left there a very satisfied customer!! More
