From start to finish I’ve recently purchased my second BMW from Justice Mogano at Otto’s BMW, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. I’m usually nervous about purchasing cars, since I dread how pushy and seemingly dishonest many of the salesmen can be, but Justice was simply amazing! He is not interested in just “selling a car” to you— he will not push a bad deal onto you just so he can make a sale. Your interests ALWAYS come first with Justice. He is obviously a man of integrity! The same goes for the other staff members I’d dealt with in finance and service. I will definitely be returning to Otto’s to purchase my next BMW from Justice! More

We found the car online and decided to come in to see if we liked the car as much in person as well as whether it fit our needs. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a sitter and had to bring our two young kids with us so I’m sure we weren’t the ideal customers to deal with but everyone at Otto’s, especially our sales associate Justice, were very accommodating. As I just mentioned, Justice was our sales associate and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of our needs. We took turns (due to our child situation) test driving another pre-owned 328i to get a feel for it. During the test drive, Brian, our BMW genius was a great resource. He answered all of our questions, possibly even twice, given my husband and I took separate test drives. I fell in love with the car but wanted to take out the actual pre-owned car I would be buying. Justice and Brian continued the great quality service as I drove the second vehicle which we decided on purchasing. We took delivery of the car a few days later. My husband and I were amazed by the level of care and details that Justice went through to make our buying experience so great. Our car was waiting for us in it’s own showroom garage along with a sign congratulating us for our purchase. I would highly recommend Otto’s and specifically Justice and Brian for all future BMW purchases. More

Wonderful buying experience at Otto BMW My husband and I had never owned a BMW before but were in the market for a new car so included Otto's BMW in our search. We had good experiences at all of the different car dealerships but were most impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff at Otto's. We were especially impressed with our sales associate, Justice Mogano. When taking us out to test drive the car, he seemed to intuitively respond to all of our questions and concerns without our having to ask!! He was extremely knowledgable about the car, yet had a very nice, casual manner about him, so that we felt very comfortable, and not pressured to commit to anything. Upon delivery of the car Justice had prepared all of the paperwork in advance, so that compared to other buying experiences we've had, this one was the smoothest and quickest! Even post sales Justice has followed up to make sure all is going well with our new BMW. We were also impressed with Ben Spezialetti at BMW genius, and feel confident that all of our questions will be answered. More

Otto's BMW Represents The BMW Brand Extremely Well I like cars and am moving in and out of them quite a bit. I have an acceptable loss ratio for each deal that is based off whole sale numbers. I realize a Dealer must make money so I have a realistic number above whole sale pricing that I do not bend on. The most important aspect for me is price. Once I have that part of the deal in check I concentrate on terms and details. I do not like to chase people for answers and expect the back end of the deal be taken care of. Justice Mogano leaves nothing to chance. I was kept informed every step of the way . . . . .to the Deal's end. Service after the Deal has been excellent as well. Otto's BMW runs a very professional operation and pays attention to detail. I would recommend them for new or used car purchases. I also appreciated the fact Justice knew more about the "M" cars than I did which is not always the case. Five stars for my whole experience with Otto's. More
