No games with the price--gave me a great quote right from the start, took care of all my requests, and had me in and out at pickup as quickly as possible (I test drove the car at another dealership, and THAT process took longer than when I actually purchased at Otto's, with all the paperwork, etc.). One thing was still "Owed" under my contract, and it was taken care of within a few days. Great experience! More
