I have only one problem with them, they carry hardly any parts on hand. Seems to me they have to order everything. Granted I understand they can’t care everything. Local dealers weren’t very responsive, didn’t offer the same level of detail, and certainly didn’t match the dealer rebates that Reed Jeep provided. That’s exactly why we made the three-hour drive to Kansas City—and it was absolutely worth it. From the very beginning, Chris Jones took the time to understand what was important to us, from color options to key features. Most of the transaction was completed before we even arrived, making the process incredibly smooth. When we got there, our Wagoneer S was waiting inside, fully charged and detailed beyond showroom quality. Chris welcomed us, we inspected our beautiful new ride, took it for a test drive, and then seamlessly wrapped up the paperwork with Korey Small in finance. In my 23 years of buying and leasing vehicles, this was hands down the best dealership experience we’ve ever had—from start to finish.
