Terrible dealerships. Sale you used cars. That they do nothing to. Left eveything from previous owner. No new tires, no new battery, no wheel bearing done, no windsheild wipers.nothing sold as is. Worst dealship ever I have been to different nissan dealerships and george harte nissan is by far the worst. Just got my 5th and 6th vehicles from this dealership I just got a new Rogue and a new Sentra (which my daughter will be driving) and went to Justin Chandler, as I did for four previous vehicles (two Vers I just got a new Rogue and a new Sentra (which my daughter will be driving) and went to Justin Chandler, as I did for four previous vehicles (two Versas and a two Sentras). Justin and the dealership as a whole made the process as painless and enjoyable, in fact, as could be. Having been treated very poorly by a nearby Nissan dealership in Shelton, George Harte is more of a drive for me, but has been worth every penny. I use the service department and the mechanics and service representatives are absolutely top-notch. I look forward to seeing Justin Alexander, Dave Fagnani and the other great folks when I go in for oil changes and other servicing pretty regularly. When I am in for servicing, Justin and Mike Mercier always take the time to check in with me and see how everything is going - making sure I am still happy with my car. Just a great dealership and people that I highly recommend. More

Stuck and F*cked! George Harte is as good as the extent of not having any issues. We are on vehicle number four which all have come from Harte - first purchase around 2 George Harte is as good as the extent of not having any issues. We are on vehicle number four which all have come from Harte - first purchase around 2003. The sales guys are always great but of course they will be since they want to make a sale. The service guys have always been mediocre. Our latest purchase was a brand new Nissan path finder in March of 2014 and has had issue after issue - the last being a major electrical issue that took three weeks and four trips to the dealer to fix. After becoming very fustrated we finally escalated our dissatisfaction with the level of customer service. The only resolutions we were offered all came in the form of us spending more money to either purchase a new vehicle (my truck is a 2014) or purchasing an extended warranty at a cost of $3000. We asked for a meeting and although we were told it could be held at our convenience they refused to meet on a weekend. Needless to say we are stuck with a vehicle that has had multiple major issues without a peace of mind and no cooperation from Harte. A Nissan dealership is as good as the customer service that comes with it and stands behind its product. I will purchase another Nissan but never from Harte. Buyer beware - Harte is not loyal to it's customers. More
