Although I did not have an appointment, the service was quick and efficient. The results of the checkup were explained to me as were future recommendations. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Only one recommendation - because I have a bike rack on my RAV4, I couldn’t have a car wash. Would have loved at least a partial car wash. More

Excellent Sales and Service but not finance experience Justin our Salesman was very well informed and easy to deal with. While the Financing portion of the process went very quickly (Note; last time was a very very long process) it was definitely too much of a hard sell to purchase the upgrade packages. The Finance person (Believe his name was Jason) actually challenged us asking "How much do you spend when you go out for dinner" to almost make us feel like we waste our money on other things as opposed to adding the upgrades. A real turnoff after a great experience with Justin. More

Black Friday Deal I think the dealership is a very good one. The 3 people I spoke with were very professional. I did not feel pressured at all. I will say one thing. I ended up paying $1,760 more than I wanted or needed to. For me to recommend a dealership I want to leave feeling like the deal was awesome, and I accomplished what I needed to. The sales people needed to ask me some questions about my truck sales history, that a piece of paper or computer can not tell. I have bought nothing but new for close to 20 years. I purchased used for I feel the depreciation of new trucks are so different today. I had a 2010 Tacoma and I would have went to Langhorne Pa to buy my 3rd one in a row. Instead I was going to buy another brand and was only doing a dry run on Black Friday to see what a deal was. I had one until I was told we had reached a wall. I liked the salemen and I decided to continue for I loved this truck, with all the added package items and color. I gave up some of my savings to get the extendecd warrenty, and I knew the cost. First time I ever purchased one. If I had gotten the deal I wanted, I may have purchased another vehicle for my wife. More
