My wife and I recently had a new baby and we wanted to upgrade our vehicle to something larger. Obviously, with a new baby, expediting any processes is hugely beneficial. I knew I wanted the new Grand Hig upgrade our vehicle to something larger. Obviously, with a new baby, expediting any processes is hugely beneficial. I knew I wanted the new Grand Highlander and since this is a new release vehicle, I contacted about two dozen Toyota dealerships looking for what I wanted. Fitzgerald was one of the few dealerships NOT charging that ridiculous “market adjustment” fee; because of this, and because they were able to obtain the vehicle much sooner than other local dealerships, I decided to reach out to them. Salesperson, Justin, was the one who reached out to me via email. We had a multitude of back-and-forth emails related to the vehicle, finances and other details. In my opinion, the promptness or Justin responding back to my emails was the top attribute. Communication is key, right? In any event, we got the majority of the process taken care of via email/phone; when the appointment was made to pickup the vehicle, we drove an hour and everything was ready to go. I had some specific requests for the vehicle and they were all accommodated by Justin. Finance was a breeze as well, in and out within 15 minutes. Over the last 15 years or so, I’ve probably purchased about a dozen brand new vehicles, this was probably the easiest and most simplistic transaction. Once the car market starts to level out a little bit more, I’ll be sure to reach out to Justin for the new Sequoia. Thanks, Justin and thanks Fitzgerald for a smooth process. More
