Me and my wife where on our way to Gettysburg for vacation. When our vehicle started to over heat on one of the hottest days in July. We called the call center and they said that they could get our vacation. When our vehicle started to over heat on one of the hottest days in July. We called the call center and they said that they could get our vehicle in on Monday. I had asked to see if they could get a rental and said they could. When we limped in with our vehicle the service center and dealership weren't open yet so I asked my wife if we should look around. So we did to our surprise they had a wide selection of new and used vehicles. Various styles from trucks, mid sized, sports cars, Imports, SUVs and so on. When they did open we went into service center and were greeted and explained what was wrong. The ladies at the service center were trying to figure out if they had a rental available. We had then told them if they didn't I would just buy a car. That's when we meet Justin our salesman. He kindly greeted us asked how we were doing and how he and the Fitzgerald team could help. We told him it looks as though we are going to need a vehicle being we are 3 hours from home and on vacation. We had already picked out a few vehicles and test drove a 2022 Toyota RAV4 this was the one! Justin explained about the inspection process before Fitzgerald even put's there name on it and how all the buttons and features work. He made sure we were comfortable with it. He even made sure the paperwork ran smooth through the whole process no more stress for just driving 3 hours in car that broke down at the right spot. Thanks to Justin and the Fitzgerald team we got to enjoy our 2024 Gettysburg vacation. In our 2022 Toyota RAV4. To anyone out there wanting a gas saver this is the place to get one. I drove this thing every where in a week. I filled it up drove this thing 93 miles and still on a full tank...crazy! THANKS JUSTIN AVILEZ! More
