Taking Care of Customers After the Sale I went into the Jiffy Lube near my work for a regular oil change when they informed me that a part on my had been recalled and needed to be replaced. I went into the Jiffy Lube near my work for a regular oil change when they informed me that a part on my had been recalled and needed to be replaced. I was shocked and doubtful and left without the repair. I called Justin who'd sold me my car earlier and even though it was his off day took my call and double checked to make sure I was indeed in a safe car. The Jiffy Lube had been infact trying to scam me into unnecessary repairs and I'm so thankful to have a reliable person like Justin to to help me be better protected from places like that. He even followed up a few months later just to make sure everything had been resolved and that me and the car were well. I love that I'm still being taken care of a year after the sale of my car, this is the best service one could hope for. More

Justin was very helpful and we were narrowing down options when someone else got involved trying to sell us a new SUV with some hail damage. We were not impressed with the game playing at that point. We left after a lot of wasted time. We DID go back another day and purchased a 2018 Explorer. Justin provided great customer service both before AND after the sale. More
