Justin was awesome. All we could ask for. They were polite and the entire facility has been great from the front door to the back. All questions were addressed and answered. Great staff. Great vehicle selection and shopping with kids MhM was the only place we could find a great selection of the van we were looking for, a passenger van to fit our large family. Our kids enjoyed the MhM was the only place we could find a great selection of the van we were looking for, a passenger van to fit our large family. Our kids enjoyed the playroom while we waited. I wish the process of purchasing the vehicle could have gone faster ,it did take three hours after we test drove. But the playroom kept kids entertained . More

Shocking but not in a good way. On 1-21-19 I was at the dealership for service on my 2010 F150, which I purchased from MHFord. I was interested in trading my truck for a newer vehic On 1-21-19 I was at the dealership for service on my 2010 F150, which I purchased from MHFord. I was interested in trading my truck for a newer vehicle. I contacted their sales department since I was there anyway waiting on my truck. I was put in contact with a salesman by the name of Justin Blevins. He walked me to his cubicle and I told him my needs and gave him the information on my trade(MAKE,MODEL, YEAR,MILES,PAYOFF, AND I INFORMED HIM THAT I HAD MY ON FINANCING). I even informed him that I purchased the truck here and my information was in their computer. He pulled it up on his PC and verified the info again. I could tell he wasn't listening to me because he started asking me all the same questions again. After the repeated third question of telling him that my trade was a 2010 F150 supercrew cab FX4 model and the miles, he asked again if my truck was a 4x4. I stopped and paused for a second as I looked upon the walls of his office. I started reading all the plaques that stated that he was a certified Ford sales consultant. I then started to question shouldn't a certified Ford sales consultant know that the FX4 model only comes in 4x4. So I questioned his knowledge of that and he became insulted. He then slammed his little yellow note pad on his desk and yelled at me, and said"Alright I get it." I was shocked, I informed him that we were done. He then started mocking me like a 5 year old would and repeated my words back to me, by saying "thats right we are done" I stood up and walked out of his office. He stood up too, with his chest puffed out and his fist balled up almost in a criminal manner as though he wanted to fight me. I walked away shaking my head in shock. As I was making my way down the hall I heard him yell at me, "THANKS FOR NOT WASTING MY TIME, YOU SAVED ME AN HOUR!" I immediately contact a sales manager "Steve" and informed him of what had just transpired. Steve stated he would have his boss contact me ASAP. I then walked back to the service department and and waited to be contacted. I WAITED 45 minutes and wasn't even contacted in person, I received a phone call from the Finance manager "Tommy Smith". He apologized for the actions of Mr. Justin Blevins and informed me he was going to investigate the incident and that he would be back intouch with me in 24 hours. Its been 5 days now and I still havent heard anything about a resolution. I have purchased 6 or 7 vehicle's at this dealership and I will never purchase another one here. I will never do business at this dealership again. Its a shame to, because I will miss the use of their service department they are excellent. Folks beware of Justin Blevins, there is no excuse for his lack of professional service. Someone who makes a living from comissions should have better people skills, and MHFORD shame on you for allowing this type of behavior and letting someone likes this represent your company. More
