It was a very pleasant surprise to hear from Justin. He send a video of the car we were considering. He walked around the car so we could see if there was any damage, then the inside of the car so we co He send a video of the car we were considering. Although we did not visit the dealership personally, the video was very helpful and meeting Justin by video was great. We did not purchase the car, since we found something in our home town. We are a 2 hour drive to get to Valdese. If we had made the trip I would be very confident of Justin handling our transaction. Thank you very much for helping us with this major purchase. More

Since we live 4. 5 hours away, and we were purchasing a used car, we had lots of questions and Justin answered all of them and sent photos and videos as I had requeste 5 hours away, and we were purchasing a used car, we had lots of questions and Justin answered all of them and sent photos and videos as I had requested.
