After that experience, Justin at Fred Anderson Toyota was a breath of fresh air. Justin is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he made every step of my car-buying process smooth and painless. From the initial phone call, to the later discussions over text message (which was very convenient), to the in-person experience at the dealership, Justin answered all my questions promptly and professionally, explained everything I needed to know, and he gave me a great offer on the car I wanted to buy. Before I left the dealership with my new car, Justin helped me set up all the features according to my preferences, and afterwards, he followed up to see how things were going with the new car. When I went into the dealership, I was in and out in less than an hour thanks to Justin's preparation and Devonte Anderson's quick finance work. As a new mom, I appreciated every minute I was able to get back in the process. My previous Toyota was purchased at Hendrick Toyota of Apex and it was a much longer and less efficient process. Devonte did a great job in the business integration. PLEASE get an updated improved printer. That is my only complaint as the printer held me up and caused delay in completing finance/business interaction. When I returned to dealership on Sat. am, Devonte recognized right away. Justine was in a hurry Sat am- probably busy and ensured I had everything I needed to complete car title/tag transfers. In & out quickly which was appreciated! It said a lot that he listened to what I asked for. And, the price he quoted me was significantly lower than the other 4 dealers I contacted. An upfront, out the door price was given before I set foot in the dealership. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Justin and Fred Anderson Toyota. Also of importance, Larry in Finance was equally easy to deal with. Financing was a seamless transaction. More
