Justin Cook was simply the best salesperson I have experienced. I have had many cars in my time and I am one of those buyers that hate the car buying experience because of the pressure or that I am g experienced. If you knew me personally, you would be very surprised because I hated the car buying experience until I visited Hudson GMC. I appreciated the owner coming buy to thank me for my business. Often you do not even know who the owner is, much less getting a personal thanks in person. My wife nwants a Ford F150 and does not mind a used vehicle so when the time is right we will seek out Justin again. Once again, Justin was simply the best and I will always come to Hudson. Justin is an unbelievably knowledge, professional and patient salesman. We went for a 2011 CTS for ourselves and came across a used 2007 Impala that my son had been searching for. Justin also talked about the SRX Crossover that we told him my Mother would be interested in February. We were introduced to the Manager, Thomas Feenaghty who also spent a lot of time with us and answered many questions. We sat with Matthew from Finance and he was extremely helpful and professional. When we picked up the car (2007 Impala) tonight ... we were thrilled. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. My son was introduced thoroughly to his new car.
