I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life, this was by far the worst buying experience. First of all setting up anything online is worthless. After setting up the time I received a call from a sales associate to worst buying experience. First of all setting up anything online is worthless. After setting up the time I received a call from a sales associate to confirm. We had requested to look at one specific car. We drove from Dallas to Alliance assuming everything was set up. Long story short, after a long delay the sales associate said the car was gone, but he could get us into another one. I was very upset because we had set this up online and talked to him. He told me the online set up was “just a robot”, in other words worthless. He feigned not knowing what car we wanted, but when we first got there he knew the VIN. My guess is he didn’t verify the car was there until we got there. We will never go back. More
