Quick, painless, simply awesome! After experiencing a very time wasting and frustrating experience at another dealership I decided to change my approach. I had just a few absolute re After experiencing a very time wasting and frustrating experience at another dealership I decided to change my approach. I had just a few absolute requirements for my next lease (SUV, White, leather heated seats, keyless entry, and remote start), so I emailed a few dealerships asking for a couple of options with a link to the vehicle and the exact lease costs. Well Claude didn't disappoint and sent me options with the exact amount I would pay within a couple of hours! Having the info in advance really allowed me to weigh my options. I made an appoint with Steve, he had the vehicle I was interested up front and ready to go. 10 minutes into the test drive I said "I'll take it", and shortly there after I was out the door with my new car. Steve actually drove it to my house for me since I had my own vehicle still! I paid exactly what was offered in the email; no surprises. I love my new car and the whole experience was 100% stress free. Thank you to both Claude, Steve, and Justin (finance guy) for such a pleasant experience. More

At the end of May we stopped in to Springfield Ford Lincoln to shop for my dream sports car, a Musta My other half just wrote her review, now my turn! At the end of May we stopped in to Springfield Ford Lincoln to shop for my dream sports car, a Mustang GT Premium Convertible. After having experiences at other places that were less than pleasant, that stopped here. Springfield could not have been nicer! We originally met Tom Devitio as our salesman, and after spending a pleasant evening with him, we found ourselves sitting in our brand new 2018 Mustang GT Convertible, a gorgeous machine. Tom was soon easy to deal with, went over the car stem to stern, and along with Midge in the business office, our experience could not have gone better. Unfortunately on the way home, our everyday car, a Subaru went deer hunting, and lost! So needing an everyday driver, and an all wheel drive at that (for Pocono Mountain winters), the only place we wanted to go was back to Springfield Ford Lincoln. We again spoke to Tom Devito, and after looking some things over, Tom suggested looking at a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln. I thought wow, a Lincoln.. Tom found us a beautiful 2015 MKZ, all wheel drive, off lease, with barely over 14000 miles. This car was spotless, and in excellent shape, barely used!! As we took it for a ride, Tom took so much time to go over every bell bell and whistle on the car, and it had so much cool stuff on it, never thought we would have a car like this. After we discussed things, we closed on the car, and at a really great price! Basically a xxxx near new car for and excellent price! Tom Devito is the man for us!, what a teriffic , and knowledgeable salesman, a true gentleman! We also enjoyed our dealings with members of the business office, Midge for the Mustang, and Justin for the Lincoln, made things very smooth and easy. General Sales Manager Bob Brescia was also very easy to deal with, truly wanting to meet our needs and help us find what would work for us. The most important thing in dealing with this team is NO PRESSURE AT ALL!!!! We can't stress that enough, that is why we have driven 2 hours down from our house in the Pocono Moutains to do business with these folks, you can't lose!! We feel you will enjoy your experience with them as much as we did. Thanks to the team at Springfield Ford Lincoln, we have experienced a few firsts for us, our first sports car (Mustang), our first luxury car, (Lincoln), and now our entire driveway is now a testament to the Blue Oval! Our fleet is now all Ford Products! (Mustang, Lincoln, F-150, and A Transit Connect). We love our Fords, and we suggest, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Springfield Ford Lincoln!!! More

Excellent customer service! Puts other dealerships to shame! We stopped in the other day to look for a car to replace our Subaru which got into a fight with a deer, there were no winners! Ironically enough we were on our way home from purchasing a mustang at this dealership hours before. We stopped in to see Tom De Vito who was our salesperson for our mustang purchase. As usual Tom was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Tom Devito. The service provided by him, the manager Bob, Justin and Midge in finance was beyond excellent. We have now added a Lincoln to our “fleet” and will be going back there for all of our future purchases. More
