He has never disappointed with the vehicle he picks for me, including the color choice. I know he is going to give me the best vehicle for the best price. The finance manager, Justin Darabant and my sales consultant, Tom DiVito. It was these two individuals working together that allowed me to feel that I was making the right decision. Today, I drove off with a 2017 Ford Fusion SE Energi hybrid sedan. I was unsure of the capabilities and reputation that these electric vehicles had but both Justin and Tom took the time over a two week period to explain to me everything that I needed to know and never hesitated to make time to answer my additional never ending questions. I purposely mentioned the two week timeframe in this review because during this period, I was never once pressured to make a purchase or given any sort of stressful sales pitch. From beginning to end, everything commenced as smooth as it could have. I am 48 years old and this is only the 2nd new car I ever owned. Because of the professionalism of Springfield Ford, I will not hesitate to wait that long again when it is time to get another vehicle. I Hope this positive experience proves helpful to others who are in the market for a new vehicle. More
